Profile

 

Evan initially started work in commercial property in 2000 with Davenport Commercial. During this time he was primarily responsible for sales, leasing, strata management, property management for commercial, retail, & industrial properties.

 

In 2002 Evan joined Colliers International Industrial Department working with a large array of local investors prior to re-joining Davenport Commercial as Director/Licensee in 2003.  After leaving Davenport Commercial in 2005 he joined Savills (WA)  until 2008. Whilst at Savills, Evan dealt with various clients from the small husband & wife groups through to large institutional clients.

 

Landmark transactions of note that Evan has negotiated include, the sale 6 Parri Road, Wangara, a vacant un-serviced land of 17,337m² which was sold for a benchmark rate of $355m², and the lease of 11 Efficiency Way, Bibra Lake, a 4,600m2 Office/Warehouse development leased to a large pubic company. As well as attending to the leasing on the Bibra Lake Project, Evan also provided the owners with feasibility analysis, and advice in relation to the size, structure, and location of the building on site.
